Free Relationship Advice

With all of the reality shows out there about dating, it seems like these people could use a little free relationship advice. And we're just the ones to give it.

Advice About What's Real

Ever wonder about those dating reality shows like "The Bachelor" or even "Beauty and the Geek" (which isn't really a dating reality show as much as it is a sort of "makeover" show, but the Geeks need some free love and dating advice). Well, when you're dating someone on television it's bad enough, but on "The Bachelor," these girls all live under the same roof and they're all dating the same guy. You'd think the most logical piece of relationship advice to give them would be not to date a guy who's dating 24 other girls. (Actually, it's more like 12 after the first episode. He gets rid of 13 the first night.) Still, this is not the ideal setting for a relationship.

In any case, let's pretend that is reality. Because for six weeks, it's these girls' reality. Now, here's some more free relationship advice for them:

Now, let's talk about "Beauty and the Geek." Last night they were talking about feeling nervous around the opposite sex and wondering if they're being judged. (This was the thought of one geek in particular.) But the beauties reassured him that they all had similar insecurities about their looks all the time. They were trying to convince the Geeks that no matter what's on the outside, they're all just people. That's some good free relationship advice--it's what's on the inside that counts.

Finally, we have some free relationship advice for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Listen to Gwenyth and follow her lead and Jen's lead--keep your relationship out of the media! You have tried, but obviously not hard enough.
